9.6/10 Exceptional! (27 reviews)
Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Apartment was clean, well maintained and as advertised. Breakfast was lovely. Only issue for us was the need to taxis due to a lack of public transport and the walk into town wasn’t very easy. That being said we travelled with 2 children, 8 and 10

It is a beautiful hotel, very well located near Corso Umberto. The staff is great and diligent. The breakfast is also amazing. If you land a good deal, go for it. I cannot recommend it at the price point I paid.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (225 reviews)
Wonderful stay in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and beautiful piazzas that make the town so special. The hotel was charming, impeccably clean, and blended perfectly with the historic character of the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect base for exploring Ragusa Ibla. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
Rundown and dirty. Shower was falling apart. Walls and furniture with dents , scratches and rust everywhere. The entire hotel smells like mildew. Very mediocre breakfast offering the bare minimum. Seriously considered to leave this hotel and go somewhere else. Place should be rated motel two stars level.
