(1,001 reviews) We were first put on level 9 where we were above the Blu and the music was vibrating in our room. We called and asked to turn it down but they said it would go to midnight. We asked to change rooms so they gave us a room on 1508 which was better as we were watching TV but from 10 floors up we still heard the music until 1 am! I don’t understand why you would need the music so loud that it would travel 10 floors up. At least invest in putting sound proof ceilings why would you put all your guest through that loud music?
