The blanket placed between the sheets was not properly washed, and there was hair on both the bedding and the blanket. The staff were pleasant and courteous. Although my original request could not be fulfilled due to availability, I was given a room with a good view. As someone with OCD, I always check the bedding before getting into bed, and discovering this was extremely distressing.

Location was perfect, right in the center of Toronto. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The WiFi was great, which I really needed as I was working from there. The building also has a nice gym. Definitely recommend!

Amazing room, great location and amazing bar. The staff was very helpful.

The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make my stay over the holidays great! The rooms were well appointed and beautiful.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there
