This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and it is Ulrich who made the visit so memorable. Right from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and that your comfort matters. She truly cares about her guests and goes out of the way to help if needed. The rooms are bright, colorful and spacious. Location is very convenient . Thanks Beatrice and Nico for greeting us with a smile at breakfast every morning!

Oh my! The Villa Carlton was the best hotel! A quaint and fabulously decorated small hotel. The room and bathroom are very nice. Excellent bedding and towels. They offer a continental breakfast of fresh bread with coffee and tea. My husband is Gluten free and they made the effort to get him some GF bread. A short walk from the train station and a block from Mirabell Gardens. This hotel is a must.

Hotel is a great 4 star hotel - overall condition is very good Room was nice - shower had a little mold / mildew Staff was great. Sky bar / restaurant was very good Breakfast was amazing Great location - easy to walk everywhere - but a little quieter area

The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. I mistakenly thought there was a pull out sofa but the bed was big enough for us family of 3. We also had our breakfast included during our stay and it was delish! The hotel is close to everything. I was sad to leave because we were treated so kindly and they really went above and beyond. Thank you Hotel GH team for making us feel so welcome!! A across the board.

This Sheraton Grand property was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms Were comfortable. The floors were nice and warm In the bathroom. The bed very Comfortable, overall this is a nice place to stay and experience beautiful Salzburg.

The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable.
