Eu tenho varios feedbacks sobre o hotel e vou enumera-los por area. 1) O restaurante tem um menu muito pobre no servico a la carte; 2) O staff é bem cortês e amavel; 3)O quarto em geral é razoavel. Faltam gavetas para pessoas que vao ficar varios dias e nao querem deixar roupas em malas. O espaco é muito pequeno para roupas; 4)O banheiro é a pior parte: Muito pequeno e nada comodo. O suporte de papel higienico é muito long do sanitario e nem todas as pessoas conseguem alcançar. A pia nao tem espaco pra colocar nada. O supplies de shampo, etc não sao bons e o pior é o sistema do chuveiro. Em 9 dias não consegui tomar um banho em menos de 35 minutos porque a agua não regula nunca. Ou é fria / gelada ou é quente escaldante. Voces precisam solucionar este sistema. É horrível. É um sistema velho e nada agradavel. Ja viajei por muito paises e nos ultimos 10 anos não tinha esta experiencia com chuveiros tão ruim.

Luxury hotel with all the infrastructure you'd expect, including a top-notch spa, swimming pools and workout areas, not to mention the restaurants and bar. Spacious rooms and excellent service complement the experience. Highly recommend.

We truly felt safe and at home the entire time - which is priceless when traveling. Highlights: 1. Service: World-class. Every staff member anticipated our needs before we even asked. 2. Safety & Care: A special shoutout to Tatiana, our hotel taxi driver. She was an absolute angel - incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back.
