We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s within walking distance of both the beach and Calle 5ta, where all the action is in Playa del Carmen.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is more of a boutique-style hotel. While it is beachfront, there isn’t direct beach access for swimming. One thing I especially appreciated was the nighttime security, which made me feel safe and comfortable.
We would definitely return and stay here again.

Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!

Family friendly resort with lot engaging activities going on with main marina pool. Staff are really working hard to keep the resort well and people entertained. This is my second visit and I can say that it’s different from my last visit. Very hard to get any reservations in dine -in restaurants. Food options were limited and not all bars were open. This could be due to off season but it does let down overall experience
