The Mandarin Oriental Munich definitely lives up to its reputation. The hotel is beautiful, the staff very attentive (the most attentive in all Mandarin Orientals we have stayed in), the room very comfortable (amazing bed and pillows), and the Rooftop terrace is a must. The Matsuhisa restaurant is also excellent and a very different experience and delightful change from beer and sausages!

The hotel was very clean and it's facilities looked quite new. The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit. My only complaint is that the restaurants were closed on that day (a weekend), and there was no real room service (just an interesting autonomous robot that delivered drinks on order).
I was also very glad that, in addition to the baby cot I requested, the hotel also provided a baby bathtub and a diaper bin
I was definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or transiting through Munich.
