(1,005 reviews) Room was very clean and really very pretty. I can't remember when I've staying in such a nice room recently. Comfortable, spacious, and had everything I could need. Bed was comfortable, pretty sunset views across the water from the balcony. I was also lucky that my room was available early for an early check in, there's only one direct flight from my city to Kelowna and it gets you in rather early but at least this time the staff were able to help me out which I really appreciate. The various staff were friendly and had smiles on. Good eating options nearby and walkable. I am already thinking about coming back again, it was lovely. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. We were so fortunate to meet the others guests during our stay. All were lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely patio. Breakfasts were awesome. Obviously we can’t say enough about our stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended! (2 reviews) The townhouse was perfect for our needs and the location and property were fantastic- but it is pretty outdated for the costs. Our only drawback was the pullout couches were horrendously uncomfortable and you could feel all of the springs/ the metal frame underneath on your back. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Sadly the indoor pool and hot tub were out of commission when we visited but it was nice enough still that the outdoor ones worked perfectly. The cleaning staff were helpful in getting us what we needed and when we arrived our townhome was missing a bunch of kitchen stuff and the staff brought them over right away.
