The property it self was beautiful. The staff and hospitality is what made our stay incredible and memorable.

The room we stayed was very small, on the first floor facing the street and it was noisy, could hear the people talking on the side walk and car noise all the time. Very difficult to rest 😕.

My guest loved their stay. they had alot of food options and the hotel was really lovely.

Only downside for us was that the pool was closed unexpectedly for half of our stay.

Its very noisy in the more expensive rooms at the front. Helicopters every 10 mins

Amazing staff! Even if there is a language barrier they ensure you are well informed and know that they are at your expense. However, the facility as a whole was not very clean. My bedding had stains on the pillows and sheets. My curtains and towels had stains as well. The entire hotel is white but stains are very visible on the furniture in the lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Great hotel but definitely in need of a deep cleaning.

The stay wasn’t bad but the elevator was out of service. Imagine having to climb up to the 9th floor every single time and to the 17th floor to go to the pool. Oh and I got stuck in the elevator to make matters worse.
