The property delivers on the basics that actually matter—reliable comfort, solid in-room features, and a generally well-maintained environment that feels clean and upscale. It’s the kind of place where you can show up, unpack, and immediately feel taken care of. Location is where it really shines. It’s extremely walkable, making it easy to get to restaurants, cafes, and downtown attractions without needing to fuss with parking or rideshares. If you like exploring a city on foot, this is an ideal home base. Service is mostly good, with one caveat: it can be slow at times, especially during busier moments. That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. The condo was extremely clean and everything looked relatively new. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Most importantly, no high pressure sells tactics were employed. A polite “No”’was taken as an answer. Highly recommend the resort but next time we will do a 3 bedroom.

I wasnt a fan. I had no idea Williamsburg Inn and Griffin Hotel were separate. I had to park at one, check in and then drive to another down the road. This after I paid $25 to park in the lot. The williamsburg inn as expected was very colonial, looked great. I was sent down the road. My bldg was newer looking on the outside, needed help on the inside. Shower was horrible. Funny to say rooms were dated! Its colonial williamsburg but maybe thats their excuse? Dont think I would stay here again

This review focuses, mostly, internet issues. The internet is horrible lacking and spotty. They have at least 4 networks you can use, basically none of them work. Needed to go on my hotspot quite often. This was our 14th stay here and the net was always perfect before. No more bottles of water, no coffee maker and the free complimentary wine tasting has been reduced to 4 wines ( 2 cheapest whites and 2 cheapest reds), from 6 and we used to receive a stepped up flight of red. Breakfast was good, delivered to the room because this particular night there were few people there..no problem, that was all good. We pretty much go to the Wedmore whenever we are in Williamsburg and will go back. Nice and quiet and they provide robes, lol. Again, the internet is unlike any hotel experience in the last 15 years. Trying to save money, maybe. I feel badly for the front desk clerks who probably garner most of the grief.
