9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,058 reviews)
This was my second visit to this resort this year, and once again, the staff was phenomenal. You can tell they put a lot into training their team because the level of service is consistently outstanding.
We got a chance to try more of the food this time around, and I’d give it a solid 9.2/10 overall. Great variety and plenty of really good options.
The location is another huge plus. It’s convenient, and I love that you don’t have to deal with hagglers on the beach. Overall, another great experience and definitely a resort I’d visit again.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,840 reviews)
My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere, with plenty of amenities, beautiful views, and great food options.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was how easy they made it to change my room from two queen beds to one king bed. There was no hassle or problem at all, and they were happy to accommodate my request.
The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made the experience even better. I had a wonderful time at Princess Grand Jamaica and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. I would absolutely stay here again!
