The resort was nice. The pool and beach area was clean and plenty of chairs, Privilege beach was much nicer than the regular side, though a bit rocky still. Please note that there was no drink service at the beach, even in the Privilege area, but the lady in the pool area is super attentive. The pool bartender, Kerroll, was the best!
My kids loved the lazy river, it wasn't too crowded, and the bar in it was just OK. You can bring your own floatie.
My biggest complaint was that they seemed to either run out of drinks by lunch (such as daiquiris or pina colada) or not be able to make drinks on the menu. And that included the Fresca bar, they said they didn't have the ingredients to make anything listed on the menu.

The resort was nice. The pool and beach area was clean and plenty of chairs, Privilege beach was much nicer than the regular side, though a bit rocky still. My kids loved the lazy river, it wasn't too crowded, and the bar in it was just OK. You can bring your own floatie.
