(500 reviews) POS’s: Easy walk to/from BS AS ferry, close to the market & tourist info. Hot water in abundance, walk-in shower, bed was okay not stellar. NEG’s: Bed on a platform not well supported, lack of attention to detail, light fixtures don’t work, odds and ends broken or in disrepair, dust bunnies abound, soundproofing inadequate, they play Muzak in the common areas from 7 am onwards. I do give them credit for trying to make it at that location in the otherwise forgotten and slowly gentrifying Cuidad Vieja. I complained about being bitten in the unkempt first room I was assigned. No attempt to move me until I packed up and said I’d write a bad Expedia review. A better customer service response would have ameliorated the situation.
