Our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of exceptional. This resort strikes the perfect balance between quaint charm and luxurious comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an atmosphere of tranquility and elegance that set the tone for a memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both design and comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel built into the hill overlooking the water. Pool areas were beautiful. Lots of staff who could not do enough to help. Comfortable, clean and spacious room with balcony looking out to the water. Sunset views were amazing from all over the hotel. Food was great and prices were reasonable. Only downside was not being able to sit on the beach and nowhere to walk to. But for a few nights it was fine to not go anywhere.
