lugging the luggage up the stairs, only had 1 person helping too many people
water went off while taking a shower
leak in bathroom water all over floor and into room
could not get coffee too many people and then there was none so i gave up

The Ness Walk is a lovely 5 star hotel right in the heart of Inverness and along the Ness River. Very easy to walk into towns where there is a plethora of restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly staff with a glass of their complementary Processco. The grounds are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

The public areas are beautiful but the rooms are in need of an upgrade. Wallpaper beginning to hang off, bathroom needs renewing. Hairdryer is 20 years old im guessing. Short of staff, never anyone behind the bar. Some staff only speak broken English. No staff in Scottish dress. Its an ok hotel. Nice breakfast
