(33 reviews) We stayed for 4 nights in March '24 and definitely did not have a 5-star experience. We found the hotel to be grubby (there were old ski clothes under the bed and in the drawers when we arrived). The room was an awkward shape and very noisy being at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing and on most mornings we were simply ignored. Parking was expensive, ski hire was extortionate (we went elsewhere). We were also shocked to be charged for the bowling/games. Overall, just dull, miserable decor and a hotel trying to be something it isn't.
