I would give the hotel staffs with fully satisfy 5 stars I only have some comments about the group of customer who make a small party or etc. in their rooms, kept shouting, screaming , talking very loud in the night until 3am-4am Also smoking along the corridor. Kept Open/Close their door, for playing. ? The hotel should give some strict rules or give some info to the customers for not disturb the others. I stayed in the 5th Floor. Tom yum soup tasted like sea water, no flavor. Only good part of dinner was they delivered leftovers which was most of the meal to ours room so we can just throw away. The hotel room floor had multiple stains in the room and cigarette butts on the balcony. 3 stars was solely for the service. Attendant and staff in restaurant was excellent.
