(34 reviews) Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great. (241 reviews) Excellent hotel with even better staff and I would return again. If I wrote all the great things, this review would be very long. There are a couple reasons why I can’t give it a perfect score though but they are simple to rectify. The heated pools are at 26 degrees, ourselves and other guests agreed this was probably too cold to relax in and made me regret the extra amount for a swim up room. The AC didn’t go below 22 degrees, we are used to sleeping quite cold and not being able to control this is disappointing and led to slightly uncomfortable nights. (574 reviews) The shower in the room would not drain which meant as a family of 4 we were not able to shower on the same night as it took an hour or so for the shower to drain before the next person could go in. I personally was not able to shower for the first two days. In addition, the ventilation in the room was poor and when we woke up in the morning after the first night all we smelt was cigarette smoke. Despite making a complaint to front desk we were not offered a change of room. It took 2 days of complaining before Yasin at guest relation was able to listen to us and find us another room. He was brilliant and he is an asset to the hotel but we wish more staff had the same approach to customer relations. We were not offered our 30% spa voucher nor a room upgrade based on our Expedia tier. The rooms were not cleaned everyday and when it was we still had to call for towels as only 2 were in the room each time.The pools were amazing and the children had a great time. The 5 star rating is not a true reflection of the hotel. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and we would not recommend this hotel to others.
