Staying at Napasai was the best decision ever! Beautifully designed resort with private beach that’s very clean and blue! And most importantly the personalized hospitality of the staff, especially Fresh and Ae! They truly made our stay special and even brought flowers to my daughter when she wasn’t feeling well. Bruce is an outstanding property manager — attentive, professional, and genuinely excellent with both guests and staff. He runs the entire place seamlessly, and it really shows in the overall experience. The villa itself was extremely well-kept, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and the view from the villa was absolutely amazing. Thanks to Bruce’s management, the stay was smooth, relaxing, and very well organized. I would not hesitate to recommend the property and would happily return.

I had a great stay overall , ocean view room The room was a bit outdated though and had moldy smell Stuff is very nice and responsive

Secluded area meaning lovely quiet beach away from tourists, will need to hire bike/car to get around as it not walkable. We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all.

Stayed four nights at Mantra Samui and had a wonderful time. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were fantastic - great gym, beautiful pool area, lovely restaurant, and a nice onsite spa. While we didn’t find it an overly social place (a lot of couples doing their own thing), it was definitely a great place to unwind, relax, and take in the view. I would definitely stay here again!
