(285 reviews) This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Just as the first time. The room was clean and the staff was very professional and polite. I must say the breakfast buffet offered lots of choices and the staff that managed the buffet was always friendly. Special thanks to Ivy at the front desk. Ivy was always friendly and even remembered me from the last time I stayed at this hotel. What a great memory Ivy has. Made me feel even more welcome. I’ll definitely will stay at this hotel again when I’m back in Bangkok. Its location is perfect lots to do and great shopping and dinning close by. (1,003 reviews) We have been staying here every time we come to Bangkok since 2017\. That in itself tells you all that you need to know. We have noticed a few small things as time passes though. The interior is certainly getting a bit old. Also during breakfast there used to be an egg station that cooked eggs as you liked. I missed that this trip. (1,006 reviews) We’ve just stayed 3 nights at Tower Club at Lebua, we had a river view suite. We have stayed in Thailand 17 times, and have a lot of experience of Thai hotels and resorts, we usually start and end our stay in Bangkok, generally with a club lounge room, this was our first visit to this hotel. On check in we were greeted and checked in by a lovely girl from the Philippines named Lady, check in was smooth, Lady informed us about the different attributes and areas of the hotel. We did think the 10,000bht was a large amount to block on our card for a 3 night stay, especially as we had stayed at other 5 star resorts over the past 4 weeks, the most we’d been asked for was 3000bht and some don’t take anything at all. Our suite was comfortable if a little dated, we were asked on check in if we’d like to have the balcony doors unlocked, we did go out to check the view from the balcony, however we didn’t expect to be hit with the smell of cannabis being smoked from a nearby balcony, we would presume it’s not allowed on the hotel premises. (1,001 reviews) Room: This was the first time we stayed in this hotel, but it was the best one so far for Bangkok. The room is huge and has a separate sitting area and walk-in wardrobe, in addition to a massive bedroom and bathroom. We got the corner unit, which also gives you a poo with a view. Staff: More than the room itself, the hotel service was top notch. One of our group members fell sick on the trip, and the hotel staff were so kind - they recommended nearby hospitals, or even an in-room doctor to make sure she was comfortable. They even sent up extra bottles of water to make sure they didn’t dehydrate, and checked in daily. The service here is so warm and personal, even the staff at the gym and breakfast were very familiar with us. By day 3 they were making us our regular coffees (lobby coffee is better than breakfast coffee, though). Breakfast is simple, but there’s a wide-enough range for everyone and if you’re not satisfied, the location between Chidlom and Ploen Chit is so convenient, you can order grab delivery and they arrive within 30minutes. Location: It’s new-ish, and quieter than Siam (which can get a bit hectic), and only a walkable distance away. For everything else, you can take the BTS. There is also an excellent supermarket right across the street in the basement of Central Chidlom. Overall super satisfied with this hotel.
