Wonderful staff, great amenities. The bathroom does need a wee bit of a revamp. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The number one thing that stood out to me was the amazing staff and service. They made sure we had the best possible stay and always greeted us with a smile and gladly helped us with everything.

Memorable Anniversary in Munduk Moding Plantation Grateful for the Memorable Experience Mahendra - our butler, he is really "The Host with the Most" attending to our every little needs. Right to the smallest details of our dietary restriction. Pak Aditya - Restaurant manager, looks young and well groomed, ticks all the boxes of an f&b professional. Has the confidence to present the dishes with soul and passion for me to video it for my friends to see and feel envious and excited to come! Megi and Sila - bar manager and bartender they made drinking at the bar and th e Arak Tasting very fun! Thank you restaurant team for setting the flowers and candles. Sugi is so proactive and anticipating our needs beyond his best. Bli Astina also has attention to details. Mahendra and the guy who did the coffee tour. You guys did a great job bringing us around the plantation and letting us experience the best it can offer! Love the vegetation, the animals in the farm and the factories recycling the plastic and processing the coffee we drink and bought home. Very happy and grateful.

Clean room. Good AC. Polite and professional staff. The only drawback is the number of bottles of water being provided

The property was very nice and clean. The breakfast was the best with many options. Staff was always so on top of things. great service.

My stay at Alila was perfect, the food was incredible & staff were all so friendly and attentive. Some issues with check in as had already paid & reception staff asked for whole amount again $3k AUD. Found the reception staff quite rude and was charged 854,000 IDR for 3 beers and 8 sparking waters, whilst sitting at the lobby to go I was asked for more money, this experience was terrible considering how much money I had spent at the resort during my 4 nights (NB warning do not have mini bar drinks in your room) also found someone in my room who claimed to have restocked although only 1 tonic was restocked although not the 3 cans of beer consumed which is all I had in those 4 days

We stayed in Alila Ocean suite. The view was amazingly unforgettable! Room is spacious. But the lights controls were a little confusing. And the temperature control in the shower room was a tad difficult to navigate. Wifi can be a bit sketchy. But all these is compensated by the outstanding customer service and the view that greeted us everyday. Seasalt was beyond fabulous. Shoutoutb to all the smiley and warm staff , especially Dera and Rai. Though building feels dated, it is generally well maintained. I would love to go back again, and stay at room 316!
