The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff.

This was a nice walkable location to Marienplatz but on a quiet street. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed their included breakfast 2 mornings. Didn’t get to enjoy the terrace as we had some rain and cooler temperatures (May 2026). My only two negatives were the bed was quite hard but I finally adjusted, and to lock the door from the inside you still had to use the key-no deadbolt. It was fine but felt like a hazzard.
