We always stay at the Windsor in Asheville. The rooms and space with kids cannot be beat!

The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good.

Very unique hotel, rooms are very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Bar area was big and spread out for privacy. Only complaint is no access to ice. Has to brought to you from staff.

Blind Tiger was very charming; the interiors were funky, rooms expansive and garden immaculate. However it felt more like a cute air bnb sans kitchen, than a boutique hotel experience. After checking in, there’s no service personnel that you interact with. More bathroom storage/surface area could have been helpful. As well as a mini bar and water in the room in the evening and after the room has been cleaned. I think the hotel could be greatly improved with better service throughout the stay & a wine or cocktail bar in the lobby.

My phone number was not set when I arrived. I responded to a request for my number via Expedia. I also call to speak with someone to make sure they had what they needed. I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number. When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. I called in, but every time I selected one of the options, the phone disconnected. I continued to call and press different options until one time, someone answered.I was so thankful as I was at a lost for what to do. This would have been a bad situation if I had come in later at night. After this situation, everything went very well. The communication and support was great for the rest of our stay. Lovely place
