The Riu hotel in Panama City is wonderful ! The buffet breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are spacious and the location is very convenient. They have a beautiful pool and a lovely restaurant adjacent to it. I certainly don’t have any complaints !

This boutique hotel truly thinks of everything. From the moment you arrive, there are little touches everywhere that create a constant sense of surprise and delight. The service is flawless without ever feeling stiff—attentive, genuine, and effortless.
The rooftop bar is an absolute must and easily one of the highlights of our stay. Beautiful views, great atmosphere, and the perfect place to unwind.
A true gem in the heart of Casco Viejo. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

For an upscale hotel it should be maintained better. The buffet was not consistently good quality food. The pools need to be cleaned better. The staff were friendly.

We stayed one night and it exceeded our expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and easy to contact, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The homemade breakfast was a highlight—absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We will stay again longer next time.
