We stayed for four nights in our room on the fourth floor was filled with ants. Also a member of our party stepped on broken glass that obviously had not been cleaned from the last guests and cost her to bleed all over the place. When we advise the front desk they basically said oh OK. We will tell housekeeping to come and clean. We left the room for the day and came back and they did not tell us that they had sprayed bug spray, but told us on checkout when we indicated that there still were bugs in the room. They did not care to do any kind of make it right and said if you want to call a manager.

Overall the hotel was excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the bathtub paint was peeling and the bathroom walls had paint marks on the wallpaper. Minor issues but made the room see more out of date. Could use some USB power outlets near the bedside.
