This was our first stop on a first trip to Costa Rica and it was incredible. The team working here is nothing short of incredible. They are all so nice and very helpful! Everything from the welcome drink, to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing. The animals were plentiful and such a great way to start your trip with kids on the rainforest. We took a frog tour at night and it’s a must do as well. After breakfast, we hit the waterfall trail to some of the most breath taking waterfalls we’ve ever seen! You will not be disappointed to stay and visit here.

Great staff always outgoing and helpful. Beautiful place to stay. Got executive suite w Mountain View, but the view was mostly blocked. Didn’t care for the tuna at Bar 10. Besides that perfect!

Great Hotel. The Neighborhood looks super sketchy but one you enter the hotel it's so beautiful and Safe. The best place is the Pool. Our room had view to it and it was awesome 👌 Would recommend this hotel and come back
