Fantastic hotel which I highly recommend. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was really nice and always cleaned daily. The room included a hairdryer and kettle which were not advertised but an added bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, such a great variety of choices, hot food, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread station, cold cuts, pastries, cakes, they have everything. The hotel location was also really ideal and it only takes about 25 minutes to walk into the main town centre, however, there is a Metro station very close by if you would prefer to travel that way. There is also a shopping centre behind the hotel and a convenient supermarket. Also plenty of places to eat behind the hotel plus a restaurant in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when I next visit Valencia.

We have stayed here many times, it has been a few years since being back ! I would say that they have let the complex deteriorate somewhat and its standard has certainly been lowered! Sad we really liked it here.
Unfortunately we have planned and payed for another night before we fly out.
Could be the last stay we have here, you really need to look at what you aren’t doing for your customers.

Room was spacious and had a newly renovated Bathroom. The room itself was old and had old furniture that was not attractive. The lighting controls were not easy to figure out…
The hotel is well located with parking attached, and many restaurants and bars walking distance.

Stayed two nights and resort was beautiful. However, they charged me for bar costs which I didn’t use. They only gave me partial credit. I paid a high price for two nights to be charged for additional costs. Room service prices were over priced. Bar tapas were simple.
