I left a day early there was no complimentary breakfast and the bed was a little hard the first night I had a backache so I didn't stay a second I left

Terrible stay. First off the hallways smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke. The elevator was broken and we had to climb two separate flights of stairs to access our room. Then they had a drunk guest roaming the hall of our floor yelling in the middle of the night, Security escorted him out of the hall only for him to appear again around 3 am continuing the yelling. Worst stay ever. I was scared for my and my daughter's safety so we left in the middle of the night instead of waiting until morning.

Rooms were dirty. Not enough towels. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and housekeeping never cleaned the room in my 3 days and 2 nights of being there. The breakfast was not even worth going to and was also a dirty area. Lots of homeless people using drugs in the parking lot and I did not feel safe at all. 0/5 stars. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t stay here.
