(88 reviews) All staff members worked exceptionally hard. One person managed all duties, including driving the shuttle, housekeeping, concierge services, and luggage transportation. The restaurant team was consistently unaware of our VIP discount and encountered repeated issues. Towels were limited, old, smelled bad, and torn, which is uncharacteristic of a VIP hotel listed on Expedia. We used Expedia for our two-week stay, but this hotel was the worst option. The tour arranged by the hotel was also disappointing—unable to see what we paid for. On the last day, the tour agent tried to charge us 500 baht for a Grab ride to the airport, although it only cost us 300 baht via our app. We expected these services to be reliable and honest.
