Check in was fine and valet parking service good. However, the rest of the experience was poor, it took 10 min waits every time had to use elevators and only 2 seemed to be working and no air conditioning in elevators. The room lacked basic amenities such as tissue box or slippers and had to request from front desk, cleaning service very slow and the room was good size suite but was dated and in need of upgrade. Few power sockets and none near washroom or mirror to use hairdryer. It was a 3-star experience.
