Location in the Garden District was perfect. All the staff was attentive and helpful. The men who manned the valet desk were super. They were very helpful in helping us with restaurants and other helpful directions. RJ - gentleman in the morning was super!! Enjoyed my conversation with him. Room was a little dated, but was what we expected with a historical hotel. Not an issue. The piano bar was really coo! Breakfast selection at the Whistle Stop was limited, but ok. The ladies working the coffee bar were GREAT people. Overall a great stay and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Great staff. Very clean hotel. I did only give it four stars as far as maintenance goes but that's only because one of the elevators was out which was kind of inconvenient but me being a little fat it worked out well cuz I had to go all the way around and use the other elevator 😁
The property had a beautiful set of trim work throughout the hotel with amazing qualities and designs with some very cool New Orleans street names on all of the doors. So it was very helpful remembering which room you were in!
