The staff is very nice and helpful. The place is colorful and cute. Great location: 15 minutes walk to the french market, safe and friendly street. We cannot hear the neighbors which is great. However the room strongly smelt of cigarette during the entire stay. None of us smoke so it might be from the neighbors but we had to live and wake up in it which is not great. Small basic accommodation, not ideal for big people, because there is hardly any room to walk around the bed and a very small bath/shower. Not ideal for families. The floor is not straight - it happens a lot in old buildings - but the exterior deck is surely in need of renovation - it felt it could collapse at any time. Holes in the walls and ceiling filed by diy jobs, The parking is not free even though the description in hotels.com says the parking is included... it's actually street parking so just like every other hotel otherwise you have to pay $20 a day. All this would be completely ok if the price per night was no more than $100. Would I go back? I dont know. But not at that price.

This place was great! Everything was clean and staff was helpful!
Only thing miss leading was the parking situation. There is still parking out front by the road, but you have to catch it just right to be able to park there.
Would still stay here again though! Great place!
