This property has an ongoing bug issue that is not being addressed properly. I have had crews staying at this property for a few months now, the third floor where the kitchenettes are seem to be the only floor that doesn't currently have a bug issue. We have addressed it numerous times with the staff and the crews are moved to other rooms temporarily.
Each week the crews return it is the same thing, check in, find there is a bug problem then move rooms. When i spoke with the property this week, on a recorded line, the front desk staff stated there was a bug issue and they were aware of it. I asked to speak to a manager that was off property and am still waiting for that returned call. The clerk called back and said that she never confirmed the bugs until I advised her the call had been recorded. The back stepping then started and again i asked for a manager to call me. No call so far three days later.
Stay away from this property unless you are ok with constantly having bugs.
