Great location but room was dated and they ignored all our requests. We arrived early (with their advice) to ensure on-site parking, but told it was full. We later saw numerous vehicles going in. Asked for high floor with city view but got low floor on opposite side. Large queue at check-in as they were telling everyone 4pm.

Clear and convenient. Just parking is not easy

This is a beautiful place, with a lot of attention to design. Breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant. The hotel is well situated, directly across from the Musee National des Beaux-Arts du Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, a beautiful park, and a close walk to plenty of restaurants. The room was small and located next to parking and rubbish bins, which was unfortunate. Access to the hotel is somewhat impeded by a lot of construction and construction-related cones and barrels, and the Art Museum is undergoing major construction too, so roughly one-third of that is accessible. Lastly, I only realized well into my stay that I had not obtained the hotel’s wifi password. Having stayed in a lot of hotels recently, I’ve taken for granted that I would see it in the room or on something I had received when checking, but there was nothing at all. It was strange, but perhaps one needs to pay attention to asking for it here.
