Great stay, enjoyed the balcony on the top floor room, very friendly staff, excellent location in the old quarter. Breakfast is the best! Better than expected. Had to walk to a different location but only 2 minutes walking and the selection was great and everything was very delicious. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

The bellboy Harvey was very polite and waited with me while I was waiting for my transport . The other bellboy Duc carried our suitcases all the way to the other street since the van couldn’t stop infront of the hotel. Pleased with the breakfast food. There was a variety each day.

Fast check-in and check- out. Night staff very helpful. There was always someone on staff at all times which was great. Very quick response from all staff. large room, no bugs, cleaners available when requested. A great coffee cafe steps away, but they only sell drinks and sweets. There is a big restaurant next door but there are no prices on their extra- large menu so the prices are much higher than other places. The store next door has no prices on anything too. Not a walkable, tourist friendly area, but you can order a Grab vehicle to go to any location in the city at any time. However, it is quite difficult to get food delivered to this location, only a few places were listed in Grab to choose from and Grab cancelled my orders many times because there was very few delivery drivers willing to deliver there.

Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended.
