Nice room. With mini kitchen. Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms facing the front get noise from the three elevators going up and down all night. Need ear plugs.

Room is clean except for shower ceiling where it looks like there is mold. Otherwise everything is clean and amenities such as kettle for making tea towels tissues all very good. Location is in a very good area with lots of choices for restaurants Front desk staff extremely helpful Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Dinner was very tasty

So convenient for the airport, (unless you want to see the planes). Despite being so close to the airport it was quiet. Very good food quality in the bar/ restaurant if not a large menu.

Beautiful old hotel near centre of Santiago. Comfortable stay, bathroom could do with an upgrade. Lovely old furniture. Pool was not warm. Bar meals ok but expensive. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were looking forward to see the restaurant at the top level but it was under renovation. Such a shame for a nice view from the photos when we made the booking

The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. With some vision and investment, it could easily compete with more modern luxury hotels. For now, though, the price-to-value ratio falls short.

ホテルの設備としては十分です。スタッフの方々もとても親切な印象でした。バスターミナル、メトロのUniversidad de Santiago近くの立地。往復で空港バスを利用し、とても便利でした。（私の場合は大丈夫でしたが、早朝、深夜の利用は十分注意してください） なお、バスターミナルや近くのモールには換金所もあるので両替も可能。旅の拠点に隣接しているため、基本的に必要なものは揃います。
