(1,014 reviews) This hotel is 10000/10\. Location was perfect. Getsemani is right out the back door, if going to Rosario islands the port is across the street as well as the walled city and La Torre Del Reloj. The rooftop bar, food and view were excellent. The hotel was clean, cute and had a great breakfast buffet or you could order from a menu at the table. We received exceptional service and care from Luis Alfonso. He assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to booking us a taxi at 4 am for our early flight. I cannot say enough great things about Luis or GHL Arsenal. You will not regret staying here. If we were to come back to Cartagena we would stay here again. The concierge also booked us a Rosario island tour of our choice and the boat was big, beautiful and most importantly very safe. Compared to the boats used when booking tours through street vendors or the shops in town. Highly recommend booking with the hotel directly.
