I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The hotel itself is simple but well maintained, and it offers good value for money. Overall, a solid choice if you’re visiting Dresden and looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, close to Gendarmenmarkt, Museum Island, Potsdamer Platz, shopping, public transportation, and a wide variety of restaurants. Rooms are reasonably large and comfortable, though the mannered chairs take up way too much space and should be replaced. Desk staff could be more welcoming but the women on the restaurant staff are wonderfully friendly and there is a good, though pricey, breakfast buffet. The bar offers cocktails at a discount on weekdays. The laundry service is poor to the point of being unusable, charging double on weekends and for pickups even one minute after the stated 9 am guest delivery time. For longer stays a self-service laundromat is the only option.

Clean and great location. Easy to find, nice room overall. I had to switch rooms twice as ac didn’t function, but it turned out that was the way their ac is, and even though it was 90 out, preset ac is very, very low. Also, all stores are closed on Sundays, so be prepared to spend $32 on their breakfast. Nice and quiet room and good bed.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)

Deluxe double room was great, shower was particularly good. Staff were all friendly and couldn’t help you enough. Breakfast choice was great and delicious.
