The hotel had a great location close to the train station. Clean room as well. Nice lounge/bar area in the lobby. Nice hotel and clean hotel as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Belvedere Palace. The excellent 71 tram service into the city centre runs by the front of hotel with a stop almost outside, so it takes only a few minutes to reach the Opera House and city centre.
The hotel room (636) was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were efficient, professional and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast available. Definitely a hotel to return to! I’m

The room is spacious, the bathroom too is roomy and the amenities in the bathroom are very good.
I would suggest that more hooks would be helpful. One has a dressing gown, the next set of clothes and one does not want to drop anything on the floor or into a wet sink.

Beautiful historic hotel where Mozart once stayed. Large room and delicious breakfast that included champagne! Friendly and helpful staff. In the heart of city center. Would definitely stay here again.
