Centrally located hotel within a 10-15 minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal train station. Great for sight seeing and easy Metro access. Soundproofing in the hotel could be better as traffic noise ( horns and revving engines) in to the early hours on both Friday and Saturday nights could easily be heard. Mentioned to hotel staff.

Large,.modern, clean room. We paid the extra for three to the room. Good value price to quality and just good anyway. It also has parking and three disabled spaces at the front. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant, bar or business facilities, though the former looked smart. For easy and deserved 5 out of 5.

Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely. We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us.

Loved our stay! The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect area- near the water and many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and beds comfy. Would definitely stay again

My room smelled like mold. The carpet was heavily stained. The chair was really stained. It was clean. Bathroom was very nice. I was ready to sleep in there. I know there is mold in room 3113

Very enjoyable stay. Ideal 2 nights for our needs.
