9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,146 reviews)
We paid for a comfort double room plus as per photo on hotels.com, but our room 410 was more like a comfort double room, smaller window with a view of a rooftop air conditioner and very dark. We tried to change room to the one in the photo, large windows and more spacious, but they were fully booked. Next morning we went down to reception again and the manager said they had a non arrival, so she changed us to room 408, large windows like photo we booked. We’re much happier now. It is in a central position in town. It’s is about a 15 minute walk from the station.

The location was convenient, a very short walk from the central station, tram and metro stations. The staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. The room was comfortable, a bit chilly
