Best AC we encountered during 20 days of travel in the Basque Region! Front desk staff spoke English. Hotel close to shopping ,dining and train station but one block from the noise. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay. It was short- only 1 night, but we want to come back and stay longer. Our room was on the street side of the hotel, which sits right next to Les Halles neighborhood, but the windows were so good our room was perfectly quiet while the party was going on outside. The design is so dialed, the staff were so kind and helpful. We came back late after dinner, and the bar had already closed, but they brought prosecco to our room instead.

Unbelievable property on the beach in France. Most people think of the Mediterranean when you say the south of France but Biarritz and this hotel is just as good or better! Top 5 spas I’ve been to worldwide!

"The room was so hot whereas the communal areas were cool and air conditioned. We had a lot of ants in our room. Due to the heat we all slept badly. The staff were however lovely and very helpful with our onward travel."
