Great hotel, fabulous staff, prefect location

Very clean and secure location, good access to transport links but also easy to walk to the beach if you want.

The only blanket in the room had a sour smell- so much so that we could not use it.

The location was central to everything in the city and made walking a breeze. The staff were so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent. The rooftop bar was a delight and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location. Grocery store, mall, park, and historical area within walking distance, although view from room is not that nice; surrounding area isn't that scenic. Staff were very quick to respond to my complaints. Can't give a high rating because my room wasn't clean when we arrived. Garbage not emptied, microwave smelled like popcorn from last guest; my husband cleaned the toilet. Shower leaked. Sheets were clean and changed however. Rest of the building was very clean, so I think there was a mix up. Staff seemed to do a good job on other rooms from what I saw the next day. When I texted staff, they sent someone to clean room. If had arrived in evening this would have been a problem since no staff available at night. You pay to store luggage in lockers if you have to store luggage after check out. Overall, really appreciated the staff members who helped me out, but wouldn't stay there again. Thorough deep clean needed in my room.
