Can’t wait to return to this beautiful place. Everyone speaks English and is very helpful. The room was beautiful, fabulous view, excellent amenities. The spa was incredible. Loved the garden. Very accessible to the historic center as well as to the train station.

They have the stupidest policies I have ever seen. For instance the cleaning crew will not enter your room if the guest is in the room. I asked for a reason and was told only that it was hotel policy. Not a reason for this asinine policy, just that it was hotel policies. Could it be they want to ruffle through the suitcase or check and see if you got some good drugs?
