A grand and luxurious feeling room right in the heart of everything. The staff was super helpful and the beds were exactly what we needed after a long day of wandering the beautiful streets of Vienna. My only critique is that the room seemed to have odd creeks and noises that pulled us from a sound sleep. Bring earplugs and everything is perfect.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the main attractions and within walking distance of almost everything. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, while the hotel itself is in a quiet area.
A nice touch was the complimentary cold water, tea, apples, and candies near the reception area.
