9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,091 reviews)
We booked a premium water view room 2 months in advance. At checkin we were told none of those rooms were available. They "upgraded" us to a small suite with absolutely no view. The only reason we selected this over priced hotel was for the view. It was too late to book anywhere else. Also, even though we paid in advance they added an additional night (over $1000) to our bill. They did remove the charge once we complained.
The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
Excellent staff, convenient location. Beds needed new mattresses. Minor issues with outlets and shower. Air conditioner kept the room cool during the day but not so much during the night. Limited control on the thermostat.
The staff were very friendly and helpful!
Would stay again if mattress were changed out.
