Need hotel great breakfast but my room smelled like dog piss this a pet friendly hotel so my room and the elevator smelled staff was great tho

The pool deck was amazing with multiple pools, hot tubs lazy river, and a restaurant/bar. Unfortunately, it was closed due to thunder often during our stay and when it wasn't, it was packed with family groups. I believe we were able to find 3 chairs at 9 am one morning and then within 2 hours it was closed due to thunder. If we were part of a larger group and staked our claim at the pool, I'm sure it would have been a fantastic time. The music was fun and generated an amazing atmosphere. Never did get to try the food due to the many long closures but the virgin frozen drinks were delicious! We did try the pizza restaurant one evening and sampled 3 huge subs. They were really good, but really expensive. Our meal with drinks and tip was over $100. Safety is a priority as is ensuring only renters or owners enter the pool deck. As with any high rise, elevators are an issue. We were on the 9th floor and walked down every day but took the elevators up. Parking is in a garage attached to the resort and seems ample. Never tried the fitness center as we wanted to go as a family and my 16 yo wasn't allowed. 18 over only. Basically across the street from Barefoot Landing which is a plus - especially during the daily thunderstorms we encountered. Our condo was nice enough. Missing some items that we are used to in a rented condo like S&P shakers, laundry baskets but otherwise fine. Towels were replaced as requested & door to garbage shoot was locked so you had to request p/u

Pros: 😀the rooms are beautiful. 😀Property is on the beach. Short walk to lots of activities and restaurants. Cons: ☹️Parking garage is about two blocks away and first three floors of the garage were always full. ☹️One of the guys working valet was VERY rude when I was trying to check in. He is only polite to people using valet services. He did not speak kindly to guests just trying to check in and drop luggage. ☹️The pool area stays PACKED. Guests save chairs for hours at a time so you can never get a pool chair unless you get up early and save chairs ☹️No housekeeping during your stay ☹️Review your check out invoice carefully. I had an $85 charge for “misc pckg handling”. When I called I was told it was because I requested late check out. I never requested late check out. I was checked out and at the airport prior to the check out time.

Very excellent place. Very clean and excellent facilities. I definitely will staying again!
