Amazing

The hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring Singapore. I stayed for 2 days with 3 people in a triple room and it was small but sufficient for the duration. The room was expensive and the bathroom was also small. No one carried our luggage to the room, which I would expect from a Wyndham hotel. At the other hotels we stayed at during our trip to Asia, our luggage was carried to the room for us. We did not opt for breakfast as it was very expensive. Room service changed the bed sheets for us but did not make the beds up. They just left the folded sheets on the bed for us to make ourselves. This was okay but a bit disappointing. Overall I would return for a short stay to Singapore but I would not stay here for a long period. It was convenient for a few days to see everything in a convenient location.

Very disappointed with the payment handling. I clearly selected **“pay at property”**, yet my card was charged one day before my guest’s arrival, while the hotel did not collect payment from him during his stay. When I requested a refund, I was told my guest must pay first. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Still waiting for the hotel to resolve this properly.

It would have been a really nice stay had it not been for the fact that the hot water stopped working in the entire hotel on day two, and still had not been fixed when we left the day after. No attempt at remedy beyond a bucket of hot water. The elevators were being upgraded so didn't work properly during our stay. We also reported a broken lamp on arrival and again later after it hadn't been fixed; it was finally repaired but we were advised to "be gentle with it", as if we were the ones who had broken it. The bed and the breakfast buffet were nice though.
