The staff were helpful and the property is clean and well maintained. It is primarily 95% German clientele and the hotel caters mostly to them . The buffet is an interesting concept but not for us . It’s tiny portions, already plated for you .This requires you to get up constantly for more food The presentation was beautiful but there were always lines and the food was bland , incredible staff and nice place but not multicultural enough for us. The breakfast is boring and limited compared to other all inclusive restaurants. The location is not close to the Marina or promenade so you need a taxi to get everywhere, nice place but we will not be staying at this hotel again .

The hotel feels very old and outdated. I really liked the beach access and the location, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. One of the staff members was not welcoming at all, and the way he spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hotel has potential because of its beach access, but the property needs updating and the staff should be more professional and welcoming

Staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. Room service is excellent. The whole experience at this hotel was perfect. It was totally woth it. The access to the beach is what I always wanted from a beachfront hotel. Beach beds and chairs are always available. The Spa is also excellent and I would recomend it. I can't wait to book my next stay with them. Thanks for the experience.

I noticed several restaurants and the club that was shut down...it would have been nice to see these places too. Overall though we enjoyed the Hotel very beautiful.
