(1,007 reviews) DONT GET THE CLUB LOUNGE - WASTE OF MONEY. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels with executive/club lounge experiences and this was unfortunately the worst. It was really nothing special and not worth the extra money. I stayed here for 7 days and by day-2 I was no longer interested in going to the lounge in the morning because the food wasn’t great and definitely not special in any way. They had a few egg items on an à la cart menu, but it was obvious that it was just whipped together without much care for making it a higher level experience. Even worse, when I raised my concerns, they said they’d follow-up with me about it, but I had to remind them about it while checking out, 3 days after my original complaint. At that point they sent me an apology email after I had left.
