Northeast Calgary − Vacances sur la plage

Super rapport qualité prix

The Inn is a really neat old converted building. But the room was strange with the toilet and shower a foot away from the foot of the bed. They didn't provide any privacy as you could see and hear through the toilet/shower doors. I booked specifically with a breakfast included, but when we got to the property, they informed us that if we wanted to eat breakfast the next day that there would be extra charges for it. For the amount of money paid for the puney breakfast, there wasn't much of a choice, not even a hot breakfast. Box cereal, hard boiled egg, yogurt cup, white toast and a toaster that burned your toast and utensils in another room, not even where your toast was! You also have to call a number to be let into the inn after 9. There is no access other then having someone let you in. Plus, there was a strange woman walking around the lobby and dining area staring at us the whole time we ate. Very off-putting.

Nous avions la chambre du sous-sol. Odeurs durant la nuit et lit peu confortable.

La chambre était impeccable et le personnel attentionné. Un grand merci à Giulia pour son accueil et son aide👏👏

Hôtel très propre et personnel au petit soin

Beds and sofa beds were comfortable and the pillows also. The staff for the most part were very friendly. Rooms were quite small, but we only stayed 2 nights and it was fine for that. The Evergreen restaurant where we were sent for breakfast was really mediocre

Check in was easy, however our room smelled terrible and the bed and pillows smelled of the previous guests. The pillows overwhelming smell of body odor was so bad we had to put them outside during the night. The quilt smelled and the smell was so intense it would wake us up. We were unable to do anything about because we went to bed late that night. They came and did a room “re-cleaning” but I am at this point doubting it was even cleaned the first day. We literally slept in someone else’s sheets. After the cleaning the second day I attempted to use the yoga mat and it had a huge dirty, crusty brown spot on it. Yes, they replaced when I sent a pic but overall they said they could really not do anything for us because we booked through Expedia. Overall, will not return. The staff was responsive, but offering me a 30% discount for my next stay doesn’t compensate for sleeping in someone else’s filth. We had to have them supply a diffuser to get rid of the smell on the room even after their “re-clean”.
