(47 reviews) EXTREMELY difficult to get to find the access to the building. EVERY uber we ordered came to the location adjacent to the 3rd street "entrance" which we could not access. once we finally got into the building--a resident above the hamburger place helped us walk the entire grounds to eventually see the ramp and entrances for 1st floor access--we then found out that we had to download two apps so that we could get door codes. we spent 90 minutes sorting out HOW to get to the entrance and then organizing the apps to get the locks arranged. once that was figured out, access for us was simple. uber drivers all said they had difficulty getting guests from this location in the past. shower had no hot water and the pressure was terrible. (1,003 reviews) The resort was at great location.Our rooms had beach view so we had a great sunsets views of the beach.The beach is exceptionally clean. The resort has great walking paths.The resort is exceptional clean but unfortunately it’s very unstaffed for example our check in was at 4 pm but we got our rooms at 6 pm . They gave us meal vouchers for the delay. Because of understaffing if go to the restaurant in resort it will take 30 to 60 just to get water. The waiter will come after 45 minutes to take your order. It has the things I consider requirements- clean room, hot water, insect-free, and safe feel. We like to stay at family-owned motels when we travel and recognize that it is a tough business. In general, I think these owners are making the right trade-offs. With that said, the paper door numbers are going too far. Legible vinyl numbers are an inexpensive and necessary upgrade.
